Job Description

  • To perform main coordinator for team work care and management and need to know primary physician’s / surgeon’s care plan.
  • To do regular ward round a at least once per shift and as needed or whenever complaint to all in-patient and note down all findings and inform any significant changes to respective physician / surgeon.
  • To do in cooperation and coordination as team work with other co-workers.
  • To Supervise the overall management of patients in co-operation with Nursing team
  • To solve the patient complaints and interdepartmental complaints
  • Must to know patient’s main problem, diagnosis, and significant investigation result and treatment plan must request from respective specialist.
  • To do necessary investigations ordered by consultant, need to inform investigation results and to ask treatment plan, note down in progress notes completely.
  • To filled Case summary notes and kept in patient notes first page.
  • To make good communications with patients and family members and explain about their medical problems
  • To write referral form for consultation and to explain reason for consultation on behalf of caring Physician.
  • Take Over the cases whenever the duty changes for detail information of patients in written book.
  • Ward round with consultants as needed (Not exact time).
  • To write proper record in progress notes
  • Do changes according to Specialist Consultant order.
  • Key In Computer software for Pharmacy (Whether changes or not), treatment plan, clinical findings
  • Supervise the overall management of patient.
  • To Summarize and review the patient’s condition and write down in Chart
  • To take prompt action whenever patient condition getting changes
  • To give the treatment whenever complaints of the patients after inform to consultant
  • To inform the Specialist for Investigation results on time
  • To do Changes according to Specialist order
  • Any emergency life threatening condition occurs, inform to In-house Specialist/ICU Specialist and do as order by Specialist
  • To order daily medication at night duty for tomorrow preparation
  • To write the Discharge Notes in detail for Discharge patients and which was counter signed by in charge MO/CMO

Job Description

  • Bachelor Degree of M.B., B.S holder with the valid registration (SAMA)
  • At least 2 years and above post graduated medical experience as Medical Doctor in Hospitals
  • Good Computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
  • Must be proficient in English 4 skills
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good Organizational Power & Attitude, Emotional & Quotient
  • Able to work with a team
  • Must have critical thinking, problem solving skills and good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
